Excellent! Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The only problem was the parking.

Spoilt by a ghost for a host, and an induction stove that was inadequate. Reasonable, but the host was a ghost and did not respond to messages, including when the electronic gates failed. Inside, the living room was too small, but the bedrooms with en suite were excellent. The induction stove did not work well (no instruction book) and would not accept a moka coffee maker. With the right stove and the right host, this would be a four star; as it is, it rates around 2.

We’re truly sorry to hear that your experience did not meet expectations, particularly regarding communication. This is not the level of service we aim to provide, and we are addressing this to ensure more timely responses going forward. Regarding the electronic gates, these are managed by the building and unfortunately not always within our direct control, although we do our best to assist as quickly as possible when issues arise. We also appreciate your comments about the induction stove. We understand it can be challenging without guidance, and we will be adding clear instructions and reviewing cookware compatibility to improve the experience. As a short-term rental, we aim to provide a more independent, home-style stay, which can differ from the fully serviced nature of a hotel—something that may be a better fit for guests seeking round-the-clock, on-site assistance. Lastly, we do kindly ask all guests to respect the agreed check-out times to allow our team to prepare the apartment for incoming guests, as this helps us maintain our standards for everyone.
