Sea Point Gem is a gorgeous self-catering holiday apartment situated in a secure complex in the heart of Sea Point. This is a great option for a coastal getaway with friends and family as this property is within walking distance from the vibrant Sea Point Promenade.
This apartment can comfortably accommodate a total of 6 guests at a time and comprises 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and the third smaller bedroom has a queen-size bed, cupboard space, and access to a private balcony. A bath and shower are available in the second bathroom.
The open-plan living area features a kitchen fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery as well as a breakfast bar with stools. A dishwasher and washing machine are available too. Leading from this kitchen is a dining table where guests can enjoy their meals together. The lounge has comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV with Netflix. Access to free Wi-Fi is available.
This living area opens onto a a covered balcony with comfortable outdoor furniture which is a great spot for a morning coffee or a sundowner in the evening. On the far side of the apartment is a second smaller balcony which is ideal for a quiet outdoor reading hour.
