Sea Village Unit 17 is a lovely self-catering holiday home situated in Southbroom. It is ideal for friends and family who are looking for a peaceful and convenient homebase from where they can explore and enjoy this coastal town.
This double-storey home can accommodate up to 6 adults and 3 children and comprises 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a guest toilet. The first bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, while the second bedroom has 2 single beds. Both these bedrooms have access to their own en-suite bathroom, each fitted with a shower, washbasin and toilet. The third bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds, while the fourth bedroom contains a child-only single bed and a child-only bunk bed. The shared bathroom is fitted with a bath and shower. Linen and bath towels are provided, however guests are required to bring their own swimming towels.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, cutlery and crockery, tea- and coffee-making facilities and a breakfast bar with stools. A dishwasher and washing machine are available for added convenience. The dining and lounging areas have comfortable seating for guests to dine and relax, and for guests' entertainment there is a smart TV. Access to Wi-Fi is available.
Guests can enjoy an enclosed patio that can open up to the outside and features comfortable seating, a dining table, a bar fridge and a braai. The property boasts direct access to the beach and a communal swimming pool. Secure parking is available on the premises. Local amenities such as shops and restaurants are within close proximity.
