Charming. We loved the location and the view is spectacular, but being on the ground floor with little security made me a little uneasy. I would not use the stove/oven to cook on as it was rusty. An espresso machine would be great. The entire apartment is charming, but I think a TV would be a nice addition. Also, the parking garage had a rusty lock. Additionally, with no air conditioning, a summer stay would not be pleasant.
