SeaScape is a self-catering unit that forms part of the owner’s main residence in the popular holiday town of Vermont, Hermanus, situated on the Southern Coast of the Western Cape. It offers incredible sea views with the beach in close proximity and borders the Hermanus Nature Reserve.
This stylishly furnished unit can accommodate 2 adults and comprises 1 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, a kitchenette and a lounge area. The bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds and features an en-suite bathroom that’s fitted with a shower, toilet and washbasin. The second bathroom is also fitted with a shower, toilet and washbasin.
The open-plan kitchenette is equipped with a fridge-freezer, a 2-plate stove with a mini oven, microwave, and toaster, basic cutlery and crockery, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. There’s also a dining table with chairs. The lounge area is furnished with a couch and a flat-screen TV installed with Netflix. Free Wi-Fi is also available. The sliding doors open to a private patio which has outdoor furniture and braai facilities. Accommodation is not affected by load shedding as the property has an inverter and solar panels. Secure parking is available on the premises.
