Absolutely fantastic service from a kind-hearted person who cares about others. Our children were on honeymoon and their car broke down in Alice on Sunday, 13/07/2025. Their car was towed to East London, and I quickly helped them find accommodation, using the website. Seaside Simbali was our choice and they had a wonderful stay there amidst all the stress and tension. Sharon, the owner/hostess, certainly went the extra mile to accommodate our children – especially when they had to stay a second night. She first gave them extra time in the unit, and then we paid for the second night since they had to stay. Thank you so, so much, Sharon, for your care and humanity that you so generously demonstrated – we will always remember it.
