Fantastic getaway close to home. Had a wonderful time at Seasons resort. Loved all the activities and that you can walk to everything, no need to use a vehicle whilst there. Food at the restaurant was fabulous. The staff are all super friendly and helpful.

Amazing family holiday. Beautiful chalets. Clean, spacious and has everything you need. So many activities for kids and adults. Shop on site. Restaurants and bars. The highlight was the animals being so close to the balcony of the chalet.

Needs lots of improvement. The place is lovely in terms of location. We love animals, and you certainly feel at one with nature. We booked a superior villa for two nights. There are, however, some things that require attention. There were cockroaches coming out of the cupboards in the kitchen. Of course, that meant none of us wanted to eat there, and we were grossed out the entire weekend. Secondly, people were playing music throughout the night and laughing very loudly as well. Nevertheless, the upstairs bedroom was clean, and the bathroom was lovely. However, in the downstairs area, there were cobwebs in the shower, and water kept pooling, which is obviously unpleasant. We had to call maintenance to fix the Wi-Fi as soon as we arrived and then to unclog the sink drains the next morning. We had breakfast at the restaurant, and it was underwhelming. The chips were dry. However, they did make an arrangement for those of us who do not eat meat, and for that I am grateful. I do love this place, and I cannot fault everything, as you can see. The spa was lovely, and the hydropool was amazing, so I would like to come back. Please pay attention to what is needed. There is so much potential here, and it has everything in one place, which is lovely, but certain things need to be worked on. Please also take note that the spiral staircase is a lawsuit waiting to happen. It is steep and dangerous, and there is only one railing. One could fall off the left side. My husband and I had to take the upstairs bedroom, even though I wanted my parents to use it. There was no way I was going to let them risk that staircase. This was definitely not like the pictures. It looks like we had a completely different villa altogether.
