Seaview at Adelphi Galleria is a lovely self-catering apartment in a secure apartment building in Sea Point. It is ideal for business and leisure travellers who are looking for a comfortable and convenient homebase from where they can explore and enjoy the surrounding amenities.
This apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests in 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Both of the bedrooms are furnished with a king-size bed, and both have access to en-suite bathrooms. The first bedroom has an interleading en-suite bathroom that is fitted with a bath, shower, washbasin and toilet, while the second bedroom has an en-suite bathroom that is fitted with a shower. Quality linen and towels are provided.
The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, cutlery and crockery, tea- and coffee-making facilities and a breakfast bar with stools. The living room is furnished with a comfortable couch, a TV, air-conditioning and a dining table. Access to Wi-Fi is available.
Guests have access to partial sea views from the apartment as well as secure parking on the premises. This property is within close proximity to local amenities such as shops and restaurants and the Sea Point Promenade is approximately 300 m away.
Third-party bookings are not permitted. The lead guest must be present for the duration of the stay.
Valid government-issued ID copies are required for all guests prior to check-in, and must match the names on the reservation.
