Seepunt unit 1 is a charming self-catering apartment located in Three Anchor Bay, Cape Town, offering the perfect beachfront getaway. Ideal for guests seeking a relaxed seaside escape, the apartment is positioned close to the ocean, allowing for easy beach access and scenic coastal views. It is also conveniently situated with easy access to the popular promenade, local cafés, and outdoor leisure activities.

This apartment can accommodate 4 adults and 2 children and comprises 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom is fitted with a king-size bed, while the second bedroom has twin beds that can also be converted into a king-size bed. There are 2 couches for 2 children available. They share the use of 2 bathrooms, one fitted with a shower, and the other fitted with a bath and a shower. Linen and towels are provided.

The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities, and features a dishwasher for guests’ convenience.
