Seester is a charming holiday house offering self-catering accommodation in Tergniet, a picturesque seaside village located 20 km from Mossel Bay. The property boasts lovely ocean views and is ideal for a family or group of friends seeking a relaxing coastal retreat.
This double-storey house comprises 5 bedrooms and accommodates up to 13 guests at a time. Three of the rooms are furnished with a double bed and have an en-suite bathroom, one with a bath and shower, and two with a bath only. The fourth bedroom contains a double bed and a single bed, while the last room has a double bed with 2 single beds. These rooms share a guest toilet and a bathroom fitted with a bath and shower. The room is wheelchair friendly, with the toilet and shower fully equipped for wheelchair access. Additionally, the bedroom features a wheelchair-accessible surface to assist with dressing, ensuring comfort and convenience for all guests.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer. The main living area features a comfy seating area, a TV, a dining table, and a bar area. Upstairs is a second living area with a pool table and a table tennis table. An indoor braai area with ample seating is also available upstairs.
Complimentary Wi-Fi and ample parking space are provided on the premises. Additionally, an inverter ensures an uninterrupted power supply for the TV and essential lights. For added comfort during the winter months, wall panels have been installed in the three rooms on the lower floor to provide extra warmth, and gas heating is available in the lower living area.
