Serenity Place Garden B&B offers comfortable and convenient accommodation in Westville, a suburb of Durban. This B&B is an ideal choice for solo explorers, couples, or business travellers seeking a relaxing getaway.
Serenity Place provides guests with a choice of 5 beautifully appointed rooms, all equipped with en-suite bathrooms. The rooms feature comfortable beds, duvets, and quality linen. Each room is air-conditioned and comes with a ceiling fan, a smart TV, and a DStv package. Guests will also appreciate convenient amenities such as an outdoor seating area, a bar fridge, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. They can unwind on their private patio or balcony, enjoying the scenic garden and valley views. Free Wi-Fi access is available throughout the property.
For recreation, guests can enjoy the communal swimming pool and socialize around the braai areas and bar, complete with a pool table. Bird-watching and hiking routes are easily accessible for those interested in exploring the area. Within walking distance, guests will find a selection of top-quality pubs and restaurants, offering a variety of dining options.
We do have 2 small friendly Jack Russel dogs that live with us on the property.
The property offers a hearty breakfast included in the rate, providing the perfect start to the morning.
Situated on the ground floor is our conference center which can accommodate 30 delegates. Our private and secluded conference area provides an ideal setting for confidential meetings and conferences, equipped with the latest IT technology to connect digitally with participants, including external attendees.
The conference room is fully air-conditioned and opens onto the pool and beautifully landscaped gardens, set against the natural bush backdrop of the Palmiet Sanctuary. Separate toilet facilities with showers are available for both gentlemen and ladies. All food is freshly prepared on site. Our chefs are well-known to our B&B guests for their morning breakfasts. Fresh rolls, sourdough breads, and other baked goods are made daily.
We have recently hosted conferences for well-known companies in the Pinetown and Westville areas. On-site parking accommodates up to 10 vehicles, with additional parking available for 20 vehicles at the business premises across the road (85 Jan Hofmeyer). Stay-in guests may use the conference facilities at no additional charge. Our facilities provide a private, self-contained “bubble,” allowing for full concentration, focus, and collaboration among attendees.
