Settler Sands is located in Port Alfred, a beach town in the Eastern Cape known as the "Heart of the Sunshine Coast." The town enjoys a temperate climate, pristine beaches, and lies on the east and west banks of the beautiful Kowie River, halfway between Port Elizabeth and East London.

Settler Sands offers 4 individually styled townhouses, 3 of which overlook the river and beach. Each townhouse is equipped for self-catering and features a dining area and a comfortable lounge. Guests also have access to free Wi-Fi and an outdoor fireplace.

The golden stretches of beach offer excellent swimming and fishing opportunities, as well as year-round scuba diving and surfing.
