Horrible and disgusting. The reception was manned by a security officer, the lift was scary like it would jam in the middle, the room was dirty with no toilet tissues, the kitchen utensils were dirty for use, we stayed with the trash for the whole week, the bathroom basin got blocked all day long, no cleaning materials to use, I did not get value for money, it felt like sleeping in a shack, the apartment was filthy dirty, disgustingly unclean to cook with those pots and put food in the fridge. My family and I had to check out a day earlier than planned; we could not take it any longer.
