Unit 1 is ideal for families or groups of friends, with three well-appointed bedrooms and two bathrooms on the upper level. The lower level comprises an open-plan living and dining area that flows into a fully equipped kitchen, opening onto a sheltered patio with a built-in braai. The folding concertina doors create a seamless connection between the front garden, living area, braai patio, and backyard, forming one expansive entertainment space.
