Simplicity 2 is a spacious self-catering holiday home located in L'Agulhas, making it an ideal option for a memorable stay with family and friends as it is just a short walk away from the beach.
This property can accommodate a total of 10 guests at a time and consists of a main house and a separate flatlet. The main house comprises 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, with the main bedroom furnished with a queen-size bed and featuring an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower. The second bedroom also contains a queen-size bed, while the third and fourth bedrooms have a double bed each. The fifth and sixth bedrooms each have a three-quarter bed. These bedrooms share the remaining two bathrooms fitted with either a bath and a shower or just a shower. Linen is provided; however, guests are required to bring their own bath and beach towels.
The open-plan living area features a kitchen that is fully equipped with a gas stove, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery, a dishwasher, as well as a breakfast bar with stools. Leading from the kitchen is a 10-seater dining table and a cosy lounge with comfy seating, an indoor braai, and a smart TV with DStv channels. Access to free Wi-Fi is also available.
Additionally, guests can relax on the patio, which boasts a built-in braai, a cozy fire pit perfect for chilly evenings, and ample outdoor seating for everyone to unwind and soak in the refreshing coastal breeze. To ensure convenience during your stay, a washing machine and on-site parking facilities are also available.
