Bliss on the Free State plains. NB: The place was booked by us before the recent price increase, so I am reviewing it at an outdated price. My husband and I kicked off our honeymoon by spending two nights at Reddersburg. We couldn't have asked for a more blissful place. There is nothing in sight here, except the open plains, big blue sky and the cattle grazing peacefully. The unit is also beautifully equipped with large curtains and a zinc roof door that you can close to doze off, as well as a glass door if you want to take in the view. There is also a nice wooden porch with a nice wood-burning stove

Beautiful location and cabin but not best value for money. The cabin is in a beautiful location and is well equipped. However, it was extremely hot, and it was hard to cool the cabin because of the sliding doors and shutters. We were not happy with the cleanliness of the cabin. The welcome was also a bit strange. The value for money balance was a bit off in comparison to other places we have stayed.
