Spitvurk Boerdery is a working Guest farm situated on Kwaggashoek Farm located approximately 25 km from Swartruggens. This house is ideal for the whole family or a group of friends seeking a secluded getaway. The farm is off-the-grid and makes use of, battery and solar lights, wood burning and gas stoves as well as solar and gas geysers.
This property can accommodate 6 persons and consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a double bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet and washbasin. The second bedroom is furnished with a double bed and the third bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds and a cot. The bathroom is fitted with a bath, toilet and washbasin. All linen and bath towels are provided.
The living area features a lounge, a dining area, a playroom and a kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a gas/wood-burning stove, gas fridge, tea- and coffee-making facilities and cutlery and crockery. The dining area is furnished with a dining table suitable for 6 guests. The lounge is furnished with comfy seating and a coffee table.
Guests have access to an outside covered braai area. Guests can make use of the hiking trails, enjoy mountain biking, explore the mountains or enjoy the beautiful views. Access to secure parking is available.
