St Francis Bay Villas - Villa 1 is a charming apartment-style villa situated in the heart of the St Francis Bay village. The Villas are within walking distance of the village restaurants, cafés, markets and retail outlets. They also border the beach. It is a great choice for a small family or a group of friends who are looking for a convenient home base while on their visit to this coastal town.

The double-storey villa can accommodate 4 adults and 2 children. It comprises 3 bedrooms, one of which is a bunk room, and 3 bathrooms. The first bedroom is air-conditioned and furnished with a queen-size bed and has access to an en-suite bathroom that is fitted with a bath, separate shower, washbasin and toilet. The second bedroom is not air-conditioned but has a standing fan. This is furnished with 2 single beds, while the third bedroom is for children, which contains a bunk bed. The first shared bathroom is fitted with a shower fixed over the bath, a wash basin and a toilet, while the second downstairs shared bathroom is fitted with a shower. Linen, bath and beach towels are provided.

The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, cutlery, crockery and tea- and coffee-making facilities. A washing machine is available for added convenience. The dining and lounge areas have comfortable seating for guests to dine and relax, and for guests' entertainment, there is a TV with a Google TV box. Access to Wi-Fi is available.

Guests can enjoy the balcony and the enclosed garden.
PLEASE NOTE: Gas Braai supplied, due to the thatched roof we cannot allow wood/coal braais as this is a fire hazard.

The estate has a small communal swimming pool and a spacious grassy area for outdoor activities.
