St Francis Bay Villas – Villa 3 is a charming apartment-style villa located in a secure estate bordering the beach. It is an ideal choice for a small family or a group of friends seeking a peaceful and convenient coastal getaway.

This double-storey villa accommodates up to 4 guests and comprises 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and a guest toilet. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, while the second bedroom has 2 single beds. The shared bathroom is fitted with a bath, shower, and washbasin. Linen, bath towels, and beach towels are provided.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities, along with a breakfast bar and stools. The lounge area offers comfortable seating, and for entertainment, there is a TV with a Google TV box. Wi-Fi access is also available.

Guests can enjoy the balcony and the enclosed garden.
Gas Braai supplied, due to the thatched roof we cannot allow wood/coal braais as this is a fire hazard.

The estate has a small communal swimming pool and a spacious grassy area for outdoor activities.
