St. Rand Holiday House is a lovely self-catering apartment, with a private entrance, situated on the owner’s property in Lochnerhof, Strand. It is ideal for a small family or a business traveller who are looking for a peaceful and convenient homebase from where they can explore and enjoy this coastal destination.
This unit can accommodate up to 2 adults and 2 children and comprises 1 bedroom and 1 en-suite bathroom. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and the en-suite bathroom is fitted with a shower, basin and toilet. Bed linen and bath towels are provided, however guests are required to bring their own beach towels.
The kitchen is equipped with a bar fridge, stove, oven, microwave, cutlery and crockery and tea- and coffee-making facilities. A dishwasher is provided for added convenience. The living area is furnished with a child-only sleeper couch for 2 and a TV. Access to Wi-Fi is available.
Guests can enjoy private off street parking on the premises. Access to the beach is approximately 700 m away, with local amenities such as shops and restaurants being within close proximity. Cape Town International Airport is approximately 32 km away.
