Stadium View @ Greenpoint is a lovely self-catering holiday apartment situated in a secure building in the heart of Green Point, Cape Town. It is ideal for business and leisure travellers who are looking for a peaceful and convenient homebase from where they can explore and enjoy the various surrounding amenities and attractions.
The air-conditioned apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests and comprises 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The first bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower fixed over the bath, basin and toilet. The second bedroom contains a queen-size bed, and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, basin and toilet. Linen and bath towels are provided, however guests are required to bring their own swimming towels.
The kitchen i s well-equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, cutlery and crockery and tea- and coffee-making facilities. A dishwasher and washing machine are available for added convenience. The dining and lounging areas have comfortable seating for guests to dine and relax, and for guests' entertainment there is a TV. Access to Wi-Fi is available.
Guests can enjoy a juliette balcony in the lounge and both bedrooms, and the building boasts a communal rooftop swimming pool, with outdoor seating and braai facilities. Various local amenities such as shops and restaurants are easily accessible, with attractions in the area including the Sea Point Promenade, the V&A Waterfront, DHL Stadium and the Cape Town City Centre. Cape Town International Airport is approximately 23 km away.
