Steenbras 13 is a self-catering holiday home in Strandfontein on the beautiful West Coast, approximately 354 km northwest of Cape Town. This holiday home offers stunning sea views and is just 50 m from the beach, making it ideal for long walks along the shore and relaxing days by the ocean. It is perfect for a family or a group of friends looking to escape, unwind, and create special memories together.
The holiday home accommodates 6 guests and features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, and a living area. The main bedroom has a king-size bed and an en suite bathroom with a shower, toilet, and basin, as well as lovely sea views. The spacious second bedroom has a double bed and provides plenty of room for comfortable stays. The third bedroom is equipped with a single bunk bed. Guests in the second and third bedrooms share the second bathroom with a shower, and there is also a separate guest toilet. Each room has a freestanding fan for extra comfort. Towels are provided.
The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, chest freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, air fryer, toaster, snack sandwich maker, slow cooker, and washing machine for added convenience during longer stays. Basic crockery and cutlery, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities, are provided. The countertop also serves as a dining table with chairs.
The living area has a comfortable lounge suite and a single sleeper couch. There is an indoor braai area for socialising, and a ceiling fan in the living area keeps the space cool on hot summer days. The sliding door leads to a private patio with sea views, furnished with outdoor furniture to enjoy the view and fresh sea air. An outdoor wash basin is also available for added convenience.
