Serenity Suite is a self-catering unit with a private entrance, situated in the residential suburb of Die Boord. The suite is attached to the main house and provides a quiet and functional space suited to both business and leisure stays.
The suite accommodates up to 2 guests and comprises an en-suite bedroom furnished with a king-size bed that can be converted into 2 single beds on request. The en-suite bathroom is fitted with a shower, toilet, and basin. Linen and bath towels are provided.
An open-plan kitchenette is available and is equipped with an air fryer, induction stove with pots and pans, microwave, kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery, and a fridge-freezer. Tea- and coffee-making facilities are included. The living area is furnished with seating and includes a wood-burning fireplace, a smart TV with streaming services, and free Wi-Fi.
An outdoor seating area is provided with portable braai facilities. Secure on-site parking is available. The property is located close to Mediclinic, shops, Stellenbosch Golf Course, the university, and the town centre, and is approximately 12 km from Jonkershoek Nature Reserve. Walking and cycling routes are easily accessible.
Additional accommodation is provided in a separate room with its own entrance. The room is furnished with a queen-size bed and includes a TV, microwave, kettle, toaster, and mini fridge.
