It is situated on the same premises where the owner’s resides, and is within walking distance of the harbour, Skulpiesbaai Nature Reserve, and the river mouth, both of which are Blue Flag beaches.

This upstairs unit can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children and is furnished with a double bed and 2 mattresses for the kids. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, basin, and toilet. Linen and towels are provided.

The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, gas stove, oven, microwave, cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities, and features a dishwasher for guests’ convenience.
