Studio 149 is a lovely boutique styled self-catering apartment with a private entrance situated on the owner’s property in Sunrise-On-Sea, 25km outsidec of KuGompo City (East London) on the East Coast It is ideal for business and leisure travellers who are seeking a peaceful and convenient home base while on their visit to this coastal town.
Accommodating up to 2 guests, this unit comprises an open-plan sleeping area and a bathroom. The sleeping area is furnished with a queen-size bed, and the bathroom is fitted with a shower, basin and toilet. Fine bed linen and bath towels are provided.
The kitchenette is equipped with a bar fridge, air fryer, single induction plate. microwave, cutlery and crockery, tea- and coffee-making facilities and a breakfast bar with stools. In addition, the unit features comfortable seating and a TV for the guests’ entertainment includes Netflix & Prime. Access to 50mb uncapped Wi-Fi is available.
