This apartment accommodates up to 2 guests and comprises an open-plan sleeping area with a separate bathroom. The sleeping area is furnished with 2 three-quarter beds, while the bathroom is fitted with a shower, washbasin, and toilet. Linen and bath towels are provided, although guests are kindly requested to bring their own beach towels.

The kitchenette is equipped with a microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities.

Additional amenities include a dedicated workspace with fast unlimited WiFi, a ceiling fan, air-conditioning, and a smart TV with Netflix for guests’ entertainment.

The unit has a private entrance and secure on-site parking directly in front of the apartment. Daily cleaning services are available on request. Guests may also enquire about beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, and other beach equipment.

Studio 35 on Townsend is ideally located approximately 700 m from Ballito’s main beach and within walking distance of Ballito Village, where guests can enjoy a variety of pubs, bars, restaurants, and shops. Please note that access to the beach includes a steep staircase. Townsend Park is situated just a few metres away.

Plans are underway to add an outdoor courtyard area where guests will be able to relax and enjoy the coastal atmosphere.

The apartment is conveniently located approximately 15 minutes from King Shaka International Airport and around 30 minutes from Durban, offering the perfect combination of coastal convenience and small-town charm.
