Description

Sumelda 2 is a ground-floor self-catering apartment located on the beachfront in Manaba Beach on the South Coast. The apartment overlooks the complex swimming pool and the ocean beyond, and a beach gate provides direct access to the beach.

This apartment can accommodate 6 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and has sliding doors opening onto the patio with a sea view. The second and third bedrooms are each furnished with 2 single beds. An iron and an ironing board are also available. The living area includes a dining table, comfortable seating, and a TV with Wi-Fi and an Android streaming box. Guests can log in with their own details to access streaming services.

Additional features include an enclosed patio fitted with trellis doors, an 8-seater dining table, and a gas braai. A small sun deck area is located just outside the patio, and the swimming pool is directly in front of the apartment. From the beach, there is a scenic coastal walk to Lucien Main Beach in one direction and Margate Main Beach in the other.

Parking is available for 2 vehicles in tandem beneath the building. The complex offers secure access, well-maintained gardens, and direct beach access. Shops, restaurants, and shopping centres in Margate and Shelly Beach are a short drive away.
