Description

Summer Hill Accommodation is a secure self-catering unit situated within the Green Hart Estate in Palm Beach.

The unit can accommodate 6 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms, two of which are en-suite bedrooms. The main en-suite bedroom is furnished with a double bed and has a bathroom fitted with a bath and shower. The second en-suite bedroom contains a double bed with the bathroom fitted only with a toilet, while the third bedroom has a double bed. The separate bathroom has a bath and a shower fitted. The bedrooms flow into the living area with a lounge and kitchen.

The kitchen is equipped with a stove, an oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge-freezer as well as a kettle. The kitchen leads out into the lounge and dining area which is furnished with a 6-seater dining room table and couches in front of a flat-screen TV with selected DStv channels.

Guests have access to undercover parking for two vehicles. Guests may also enjoy the facilities available within the estate, which include a swimming pool, braai facilities, a restaurant, a laundromat, a local shop as well and a bar.
