Sunbird Place is a self-catering holiday home situated in a quiet, centrally located neighbourhood in Durbanville. The property is conveniently positioned close to the Durbanville Wine Valley, home to a variety of wine farms and tasting venues.
The house accommodates up to 5 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, the second bedroom with a double bed, and the third bedroom with a single bed. One bathroom is fitted with a shower, while the second bathroom features both a bath and a shower. Linen and bath towels are provided.
The open-plan living area includes a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, cutlery, crockery, and a breakfast bar with stools. Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining area with a 6-seater table and a lounge with comfortable seating and a fireplace. The house also offers an indoor braai room with a TV, as well as free Wi-Fi.
Guests have access to ample free parking on the premises. Please note that the garage is not included in the rental, as it is reserved for the owner’s personal use.
Sunbird Place is a short drive from Durbanville’s shopping centres, medical facilities, and entertainment options, with Cape Town CBD approximately 20 minutes away. Paarl and the Stellenbosch Winelands are also easily accessible by car.
Guests are provided with 10 kWh of electricity per day. Any additional electricity usage will be for the guest’s own account.
