The Suncatcher is a spacious and stylish holiday home in St. Helena Bay, perfectly positioned on the coveted Britannia Beach. Ideal for family and friends, it promises a memorable coastal getaway.
The property comprises two sea-facing units: the main house, accommodating up to 8 guests, and an attached apartment for 2 additional guests. A separate, standalone apartment with an en-suite bathroom is also available for up to 2 people, but only on request and not as part of the main Suncatcher booking.
The open-plan living area features a fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove, oven, microwave, hob, kettle, fridge-freezer, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, and all necessary cutlery and crockery. A breakfast counter with stools adds a casual dining option.
Relax in the open-plan lounge and dining area, complete with a cosy indoor fireplace/built-in braai and a billiard room for entertainment. A TV is provided for added convenience.
The lounge opens onto a spacious wooden deck with a fire pit and outdoor seating, ideal for enjoying the sea views and quality time with loved ones.
