Adequately comfortable. The unit was adequately furnished and neat, with the heating panel being important in the winter. The biggest detractor from the accommodation was the bathroom layout. The tap fitting for the basin was difficult to operate, often resulting in the attached shower head being activated accidentally and the floor getting wet. The door for the bathroom is also likely to need to be replaced as it is already swelling from damp. Between the basin fixture and the open shower, the whole of the bathroom floor was wet and no mop was available to resolve this. Another concern was adequate entry mats as a lot of outdoor dirt could be tracked in given the surrounding environment. Otherwise, it was sufficient for the purpose and affordable.
