Sundown Sanctuary is a beautifully appointed villa offering luxurious self-catering accommodation, perched on a hilltop in the iconic coastal suburb of Camps Bay, Cape Town. This elegant property is ideal for friends and families seeking a memorable getaway.
The villa can accommodate up to 10 guests and features 4 air-conditioned bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom inside the main house, as well as a separate guest cottage with an additional en-suite bedroom. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, and the en-suite bathroom is fitted with both a bath and a shower. The second bedroom also features a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower. The third and fourth bedrooms each contain a queen-size bed; one en-suite bathroom includes both a bath and a shower, while the other is fitted with a shower only. All linen and towels are provided.
The separate cottage includes a queen-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with a shower, a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living area, and its own outdoor space.
The expansive open-plan living area in the main house features a modern kitchen equipped with a fridge-freezer, gas stove, oven, microwave, air fryer, cutlery and crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities, as well as a breakfast bar with stools. A washing machine, dishwasher, and ice maker are also available for added convenience. Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining area includes a 10-seater table that flows seamlessly into the air-conditioned lounge, which is furnished with a comfortable L-shaped couch, a wall-mounted smart TV with streaming services, a full selection of DStv channels, and complimentary Wi-Fi access.
Guests have access to a small home gym, and outside, they can unwind on the covered balcony furnished with comfortable seating while taking in breathtaking views of the ocean and Table Mountain. A hot tub is also available for added relaxation. The villa further features a private swimming pool for exclusive guest use. Secure parking is provided, and the home is equipped with an inverter system to ensure uninterrupted power throughout your stay.
