Safe, neat, welcoming, unique. I would definitely recommend this place for a short stay. It is so well designed for the amount of space. Jackie has made the place so stunning. Best short stay I've ever had.

As clearly stated in the listing, we offer self check-in with key handover for guest convenience. I do work full time and therefore am not always physically available to greet guests, which is standard for many hosts. The unit is fitted with a gas cooker and gas kettle specifically due to frequent load shedding in South Africa, ensuring guests are still able to cook and make tea or coffee even during power outages. We are always available should guests need assistance with operation. The cottage is compact by design, and the layout is shown in detail in the listing photos to help guests determine suitability before booking. Regarding noise, the presence of dogs in the area is disclosed in the listing prior to booking. As we are located in a residential suburb, occasional neighbourhood noise may occur, which is unfortunately outside of our control. We appreciate your comments regarding cleaning and will review these to ensure our standards remain high. Clean, comfortable and safe. The accommodation was very clean and tidy. It was also very private. The lights in the evening created a very nice atmosphere. As you would expect from a container, it was small, but it was very well appointed and very comfortable. I appreciated the workstation, WiFi and power points. I would definitely stay there again.

Recommend for one person only. Welcoming. Excellent service and neighbours on the property. Can be squashed/cramped but won't be a huge problem if you'll be staying a few days by yourself.

The best place I've ever booked. Felt like home. Had an absolutely fantastic stay at Sundowner container! The host was incredibly welcoming, and the property exceeded my expectations in every way.
