Sunny Family Retreat is a charming self-catering holiday home situated in Cape Town, offering a relaxing and comfortable stay for families and friends.
The home can accommodate up to 6 guests. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower. The remaining 3 bedrooms each contain a double bed, and guests share 2 separate bathrooms fitted with a bath and shower, or a shower only. Wi-Fi is available for guests’ convenience.
The open-plan living area features comfortable seating, a TV, a dining table, and a fully-equipped kitchen with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, and coffee- and tea-making facilities. Leading out from the living area, guests can relax on the patio, enjoy braai facilities, or take a dip in the refreshing swimming pool.
Sunny Family Retreat is conveniently located close to local shops, restaurants, and Bloubergstrand Beach, making it an ideal coastal escape for families and groups.
This home is located in a quiet residential estate with close neighbours. All guests are required to respect the estate’s Conduct Rules at all times.
1. Quiet Hours (Strict)
Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 08:00
No music, loud talking, or noise audible outside the property during these hours
Noise complaints from neighbours may result in immediate action, including cancellation of the booking without refund
2. No Parties or Events
Parties, gatherings, or events are strictly prohibited at all times
The number of people on the property may not exceed the number of booked guests
Any unauthorised visitors will result in immediate cancellation
3. Respect for Neighbours
Guests must be mindful that homes are in close proximity
Noise levels must be kept reasonable at all times, including during the day
Repeated or excessive noise at any time is not permitted
4. Outdoor / Entertainment Area Use
Use of outdoor and entertainment areas must be respectful and low-noise, especially in the evenings
No shouting, loud music, or disruptive behaviour at any time
5. Security & Access
Only registered guests are permitted on the property
No loitering, loud arrivals/departures, or disturbance in the street or common areas
6. Zero-Tolerance Policy
This property operates under a zero-tolerance policy for noise and nuisance complaints
Any breach of these rules or estate conduct rules may result in:
