Sunset Haven is self-catering accommodation
which is located in the heart of Glencairn Heights, Simonstown.
Glencairn Heights is a relatively safe neighbourhood located close to blue flag beaches and major tourist attractions.
The area is an easy 10-minute walk to Glencairn Beach and tidal pool. Boulders Beach is a mere 8 km away and the Cape of Goodhope Nature Reserve 15km. The start to the iconic Chapmans Peak is 14 km away.
This detached flatlet can comfortably accommodate 2 guests at a time. It features an open-plan design and is furnished with a double bed, cupboards, reading materials and board games. All bed linen and blankets are provided, as well as extra pillows.
The bathroom is fitted with a shower, washbasin and toilet. All bath towels are provided, as well as essential toiletries.
The flatlet is equipped with a modern and noiseless air-conditioner, a two seater table and two chairs as well as a two seater sofa.
The kitchen is fully self-catering and is equipped with a 2-plate gas hob, microwave, fridge, air fryer, waffle maker, egg boiler, pot, pans. glasses, cutlery and crockery as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities and essential spices.
All cleaning products are provided.
A laundry service is available at a small additional cost.
Enjoy a complimentay clean once a week , for stays longer than 7 nights.
A smart TV with Netflix. DSTV and streaming facilities is available.

Sunset Haven has its own entrance and is located in a private garden on the owners property. The area is renown for its safety.

Sunset Haven is within walking distance of Glencairn Station. Take the train to Simonstown, Kalk Bay, Muizenberg or Cape Town.
Sunset Haven is accessible by 23 steps and thus not conducive for persons living with disabilities or who have mobility problems.
