On behalf of Sunsetwallk Guesthouse, we are extremely sorry for the inconvenience you experienced as a guest. Sir, we were not informed at all that you were unhappy with your stay. The system on LekkeSlaap does not give us the option of ceiling fans and we will be happy to take this up with them. Although the guesthouse has ceiling fans and not air conditioning. The system does not indicate at all that there are TVs in the rooms, although there is a large Plasma TV in the lounge. As indicated on the photos you can see that there are two full bathrooms in the house. The house is described as a self-catering guesthouse. The guest is responsible for his own amenities, namely coffee, sugar and milk. The garden services were there the morning before your arrival. Will discuss this with them as the bin was half full of leaves. I will inspect the deck, but according to us there is no problem. You asked just before your arrival to accommodate additional dogs and we allowed it. The house was beautifully clean, and the garden neat, and it was only human that there were leaves in the bin.
