The unit can accommodate up to 2 adults and 1 child in its 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. The bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, and guests share a bathroom fitted with a shower. Additionally, there is a sleeper couch available in the living area for a child.

The open-plan living area features comfortable seating and a kitchenette. The kitchenette is well equipped with a bar fridge, gas stove, toaster, and coffee- and tea-making facilities.
