Upstairs there is a king-size bedroom, a double bedroom, and a room with two single beds, as well as a bathroom with a shower-over-bath and a separate toilet. Downstairs there is a bedroom with 2 single beds and a sleeper couch, and a bedroom with 2 double bunk beds. The downstairs bathroom has a shower, toilet and basin.
The open-plan lounge, dining area and kitchen lead onto a front balcony with a covered braai (barbecue). The kitchen is equipped with a large freestanding electric oven with a gas hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and toaster. A second fridge-freezer and a washing machine are also available. The lounge features an indoor fireplace, DStv, Netflix, free Wi-Fi and streaming options.
The property offers private parking for up to 4 vehicles. It is a 250 m walk from the beach, harbour and Arniston Hotel, with a convenience store and liquor store behind the hotel. Fresh fish can be purchased directly from the Kassiesbaai harbour, just a stone’s throw from Silwervis.
