Syred House is a lovely, tastefully furnished home with views of Cape Town Harbour, V&A Waterfront, Table Mountain and Cape Town CBD from its own private roof deck. This well-appointed home is situated in the fashionable and historic De Waterkant Village, with its quiet tree-lined streets and elegantly restored cottages.
The house can accommodate 6 guests in 3 bedrooms. There are 2 bedrooms furnished with a king-size bed in each and 1 bedroom furnished with a double bed. The 2 king-size bedrooms each have an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, and the double bedroom has access to a separate toilet.
The house also comprises an open plan, fully equipped kitchen and a lounge area. The kitchen is equipped for self-catering with a fridge, an oven and stove, and a microwave, as well as a dual washing machine and tumble dryer. There is a 4-seater dining table and chairs in the kitchen.

The Virgin Active Foreshore is 2.2 km away, and guests can visit beaches in Cape Town, Table Mountain, the Two Oceans Aquarium, V&A Waterfront, craft markets in Cape Town CBD, and Cape Town International Conference Centre.
