Nature: Nestled next to a nature reserve, the villa may occasionally have leaves or pollen on terraces and the pool.
Pool: Regularly maintained; light debris may appear but water is always safe. Extra servicing is available on request.
Light & Views: The master bedroom’s elevated windows fill the room with light and views. Early-morning sun is normal, and eye masks are recommended or can be made available.
