The Bay 4 is a ground-floor beachfront apartment situated within The Bay complex in Ballito, ideally positioned along the scenic 4 km seaside promenade between Granny’s Pool and Ballito Tidal Pool, and near the main swimming beach. This well-located apartment offers a relaxed coastal setting with easy access to the shoreline and surrounding attractions.
The apartment can accommodate up to 6 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and features access to a sea-facing patio, as well as an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower. The second bedroom is also furnished with a king-size bed, while the third bedroom contains 2 single beds. The guest bathroom is fitted with a shower, toilet, and basin. All bedrooms are fitted with ceiling fans for comfort.
The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, and cutlery and crockery, as well as a dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer for added convenience. The living area includes comfortable seating and a TV with DStv Now, and opens onto a patio with sea views. Free Wi-Fi is available, and the apartment is supported by an inverter system to ensure continued functionality during power interruptions.
Guests have access to the complex’s shared facilities, including a heated swimming pool and a communal braai (barbecue) area. The property also offers direct beach access. Secure parking is provided with 2 allocated open bays, along with limited unallocated guest parking available behind an automated gate.
