To ensure a smooth stay, please review these important details.
📋 Guest Registration & Access
Please reply with the following mandatory details for ALL GUESTS:
* Full names/surnames.
* A photocopy of ID/Passport/Driver's License (front & back for ID card). Original ID/Passport is required for Biometrics.
* Email address & Contact number(s).
* Number of adults and children.
* Vehicle type/model, color, and registration.
This data is used for security only, in compliance with POPIA Act, and shared with estate security to facilitate your required biometric registration.
🔑 Mandatory Biometrics & Access
Completing your BIOMETRICS upon arrival is mandatory for seamless estate access.
* *Location:* Biometrics office at Gate 2, next to the Security Entrance. Security guards do not handle registrations.
* *Office Hours:* Mon-Thurs: 08:00-17:00 | Fri & Sat: 08:00-20:00 | Sun: 08:00-20:00. If you arrive late, biometrics can only be done the next day.
* *Note:* The access link is valid for one-time use on your arrival day only, expiring at 23:59.
🕒 Check-In & Check-Out
* *Check-in:* 15:00 - 23:59
* *Check-out:* 10:00am
* No early check-ins/late check-outs allowed. Lagoon access is NOT available on your check-out day.
🏡 Estate Rules & Fines
* *Noise:* Please be mindful of noise levels at all times. Excessive noise (at Trustees' discretion) will incur fines. Quiet hours: after 22:00 (Sun-Thurs) or 24:00 (Fri-Sat).
* *Fines:* Excessive noise fines: R500 fine + R460 admin fee. Breakages/Damages: Cost + R250 admin fee.
* *Prohibited:* Day visitors, alcohol consumption in common areas, hanging items outside, throwing anything from the balcony.
* *Lagoon Rules:* Appropriate swimwear only (No G-strings/thongs). No floating devices, water guns, hard balls, glass, alcohol, food, drinks, or snacks are allowed to be brought into the Lifestyle Centre or Lagoon area.

The Blyde Lagoon View Apartments are self-catering with lagoon views, comfortable bedrooms, a bathroom, TV, free Wi-Fi, and a full kitchen (incl. dishwasher/washing machine).
* *FREE Lagoon Fun:* Swimming, Inflatable Water Park, Kids' Playground, Table Tennis.
* *CHARGES APPLY:* CSpa, Canoeing, Squash, Training Science Gym, Car wash, Cinema room.
* *Vista Restaurant:* Open Mon-Sun: 07:00-22:30.
