Additional sleeping arrangements include a loft bedroom with a queen-size bed, 2 further bedrooms each furnished with a queen-size bed, and another room fitted with 1 single bed and a tri-bunk bed. Two additional bathrooms are fitted with showers, a toilet, and a washbasin. Bath towels and bed linen are provided, along with extra pillows and blankets, and a cot is available by arrangement.

The living spaces are designed for comfort and socialising, featuring a fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove, oven, fridge, kettle, toaster, basic cooking essentials such as pots and pans, and a dining table for 8. A comfortable lounge with a couch is provided, along with both indoor and outdoor braai facilities, with firewood supplied. Fireplace guards are also available for added safety.

Outdoor areas include a spacious garden, balcony, fire pit, and an outdoor dining area, all positioned to make the most of the surrounding water views. Guests have access to the lake and are able to enjoy on-site and nearby activities such as fishing, bush walks, hiking, mountain biking, and canoeing, with additional options like horse riding and game drives available nearby.

Secure parking is provided under a carport, and the property is accessed via a gravel road. The host
resides on the premises in a separate building with a private entrance, ensuring guest privacy. Wi-Fi is available, and pets are welcome by prior arrangement. This well-equipped boathouse offers a comfortable and scenic base for a memorable group getaway.
