Description

The Bush Hut is a cosy home with a big heart where you can come to relax, unwind and forget about the rat-race for a while. It is located in the Hoedspruit Wildlife Estate where you will experience nature, plains game, the calls of the bushveld and much more. The main bedroom is dressed for a king size bed but can be changed to two singles if that is your preference. Enjoy nature, go for a day run, a walk, hire a bicycle, or enjoy wildlife from the patio or at one of the hides at the dams.

The space:
Relax, kick your shoes off and enjoy the local Bush TV, live! Our night skies are a true sight for sore eyes. Sit and be still, you will be amazed how nature unfolds.Bring your reference books, there will be lots to see and identify! On a hot summer day you can cool down in the splash pool from where you will have an excellent view of your surroundings.

Load-shedding:
Rechargeable lights, solar lamps, a gas hob, and fans ensure comfort during outages. A UPS keeps the Wi-Fi running.

Guest access:
The entire Bush Hut will be for your exclusive use.
The Estate has a green belt, just take the map with you and enjoy a game drive when it suits you. The Estate is excellent for walking, running or you are most welcome to enjoy a sundowner at one of the dams.
It is a wildlife Estate so walking at night is not recommended.
Please respect the wildlife, they are not tamed, admire them from a distance and give them space. Please do not feed the animals., if you do they become problem animals.

Speed limit is 40km per hour, do not exceed it, there are animals that can cross at any time. Note that you will be responsible for the payment if caught speeding.
It is a wildlife estate, people come and live here for the tranquility and to enjoy the animals and the peace and quiet. Loud music and noise will not be tolerated. If you are planning a party, the Wildlife Estate is not an option to stay in.

Do not make fires on a windy night and always put the fire out when you retire in the evenings.
