'The Ocean Bush Cabin' is a completely private wooden cabin nestled among indigenous trees and vegetation in the tranquil Blue Horizon Bay oceanside, nature conservation village. Guests are immersed in the surrounding flora and fauna, while the soothing sounds of the ocean enhance a sense of serenity. This beautiful setting provides a perfect escape for those seeking a quiet and restorative holiday.
The cabin can accommodate 6 guests in 3 well-sized bedrooms. The main bedroom contains a double bed and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, washbasin, and toilet. The two remaining bedrooms are furnished with 2 single beds each and share a full bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, washbasin, and toilet. The unit is equipped with a TV, DStv, Wi-Fi, and free secure parking. A washing machine is also provided for guest convenience.
An open-plan lounge, dining area and fully equipped kitchen, for self-catering, ensures for spacious yet intimate living.
Appliances include a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, and all cooking basics. The lounge contains a comfortable seating area, while the 6-seater dining table is arranged to ensure ease of use and comfort.
Outdoor living is a highlight at the cabin. Sliding doors leading onto a covered deck with a 6-8 seater dining table and gas braai, provides an ideal space to enjoy the sights and sounds of abundant birdlife and the crashing of ocean-waves.
An additional wood-fired braai/barbecue facility is also available outdoors.
The cabin is uniquely positioned within the village to offer complete privacy, with no other houses in view of the cabin, ensuring a truly tranquil holiday experience.
The white sandy beach, local convenience store/bottle store and restaurant are in close proximity (5 minute drive) .
