Description
The Cabin @ Katzenberg is a self-catering retreat situated within the Crocodile Gorge Conservancy, offering a private and peaceful escape surrounded by bushveld and mountain views. The cabin is positioned on a koppie between a fig tree and a natural boulder, creating a secluded setting with frequent birdlife and small game in the area. The Malelane Gate of the Kruger National Park is located approximately 30 km away, making the cabin a convenient base for regional exploration or an overnight stop en route to Mozambique.
The cabin can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children and features a semi-open layout. The sleeping area is partially separated by a wall and is furnished with a double bed. A sleeper couch suitable for 2 children is located in the living area. The en-suite bathroom is shared and is fitted with a shower, toilet, and washbasin.
The open-plan living space is furnished with comfortable seating and is equipped with air-conditioning. The kitchen is equipped for self-catering and contains a fridge-freezer, microwave, air fryer, toaster, and kettle.
Outdoor facilities include a dining table with seating for 6 and a gas braai, providing a practical space for meals while enjoying the surrounding natural environment.
