Central accommodation for anyone who wants to be in CBD. Amazing. Perfect location and the environment is great. A walkway to a lot of experiences. Access to the building. Check-in and check-out were done with ease. We enjoyed.

Good room, building needs work, hospitality needs work. I would have appreciated knowing beforehand that we had to pay a deposit for our stay. I also thought the quality of the building was horrible. The reception had an awful smell hanging in the air and the receptionist seemed really confused as if it was her first day, and I also saw she was on a call with a friend on WhatsApp. She didn't seem prepared and didn't make me feel confident. Once we got to our floor, almost all the doors had missing numbers or broken numbers, the doors were so dirty or either broken, which made me feel even worse.
