Discover the perfect coastal getaway for a small family or couple on the sought-after Thesen Island. This beautifully appointed holiday apartment offers an inviting retreat, just a short stroll from a private beach and with a sparkling pool right outside for your enjoyment.
The Space
Set in a serene location with tranquil garden views, the apartment is designed for relaxation and comfort. The open-plan lounge and dining area is located on the ground floor and flows seamlessly into a compact yet well-equipped kitchenette. Glass doors lead out to a shaded entertainment area featuring a fire pit and a variety of braai options, allowing you to choose your preferred style. Comfortable outdoor seating makes this area perfect for sunset dinners or lazy afternoons by the pool.
Upstairs, two airy bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and features double doors that open onto a private deck. The second bedroom includes a double bed and also provides access to the deck, offering a connected sun-drenched balcony overlooking the pool and lush garden.
While the apartment is physically attached to the main house, where the hosts Marina and Gavin live, it offers complete privacy for guests. The outside entertainment area and pool are reserved exclusively for guest use, providing a tranquil and secluded environment throughout your stay.

Guest Access
Thesen Island is a secure lifestyle estate, providing a safe and serene environment for a relaxing vacation. Upon arrival, guests are welcomed by the host in person at the entrance of Thesen Island.
During their stay, guests enjoy exclusive use of the pool and braai areas, making for a peaceful and exclusive stay.
Other Things to Note
Please be advised that guests with mobile infants and toddlers should note the absence of child-safety gates on the stairs. Additionally, there is a step-down fire-pit area and a pool located in close proximity of the apartment. Upon request, the pool will be secured with a safety net for your peace of mind.
