This multi-level unit accommodates 4 guests and features 2 sleeping areas, each with a double bed and access to a private bathroom. The main bedroom is situated upstairs with an en-suite bathroom with a bath. The second bed is located downstairs in the living area. The second bathroom is also downstairs and has a shower. Bed linen and bath towels are provided.
The kitchen is equipped with an oven, stove, fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and a Nespresso machine. The lounge has comfortable seating, a Smart TV with streaming services. A dedicated workspace and high-speed Wi-Fi are also available. Backup solar power provides Wifi and basic device charging for up to 2 hours during load-shedding.
Guests have access to a private rooftop terrace with seating nestled in the trees, as well as a ground-level patio with an outdoor dining area. The cottage is just 150 m from the vibrant cafés, boutique shops, and restaurants along 4th Avenue.
