The Courtyard is a charming self-catering studio situated on the owner’s property in the northern suburbs of Cape Town. Designed with comfort and convenience in mind, this private retreat is ideal for couples, business travellers, or guests looking to explore the Cape Winelands and surrounding attractions.

This air-conditioned studio accommodates 2 guests and is furnished with a double bed. The en-suite bathroom is fitted with a shower and is enhanced by a unique glass roof that allows natural light to fill the space. Linen and bath towels are provided.

The open-plan living area includes a dedicated workspace and a kitchenette equipped with a bar fridge, microwave, toaster, air fryer, cutlery, crockery, braai utensils, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. Complimentary tea, coffee, milk, sugar, and bottled water are provided for guests' convenience.

Additional amenities include free high-speed WiFi and a Smart TV with access to streaming services.

Sliding doors open onto a private courtyard with outdoor seating and braai facilities, creating the perfect space to enjoy a morning coffee or relaxed evening outdoors. A complimentary starter pack of firewood and firelighters is included. Small pets are welcome by prior arrangement.

Although located on the owner’s property, the studio is completely private and self-contained. Secure off-street parking is available on the premises.
